If you’ve been thinking of expanding your smart home, Prime Day (16-17th of July) is the best time to do it. And Aqara has some great deals, with around 20-30% off a wide range of hubs, sensors, lights, and locks. Here’s our pick of the best buys.
Note: As with any Matter over Thread (What is Thread?) devices or sensors, you’ll need a Thread Border Router to use most of our picks. The Aqara Hub M3 is a great choice, but you may already have a Thread Border Router.
Hub M3 (20% off, $87.99)
The Hub M3 is the jewel in the Aqara crown—but you should read our full review, if you haven’t already. It’s an all-in-one Matter controller (with a built-in custom alarm), a Thread Border Router, and a bridge for all your existing Aqara Zigbee-based sensors, so you can bring them into your Matter smart home no matter which ecosystem you opt for.
Door and Window Sensor P2 (20% off, $23.99)
Running natively on Matter over Thread, the Door and Window Sensor is perfect for automating your custom security system, and features a long battery life (Aqara claims around 5 years!) and reliable communications.

Note that the Ceiling Light T1M runs on Zigbee, not Thread, so it needs a Zigbee bridge to be brought into Matter—the Hub M3 is ideal.
