The Aqara U200 is a retrofit smart lock running natively on Matter over Thread, with planned support for Apple Home Keys, as well as a built-in fingerprint reader, keypad, auto-unlock, and NFC. 

The device can be preordered on Kickstarter until the 27th of March, 2024, with delivery expected in April, and should fit both American and European style locks. 

 

It can be powered by 4 x AAA, or wired directly to your doorbell circuit.
